This Privacy Policy explains how GUPTA ENTERPRISES (“Gupta Enterprises”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information through its website, client and administrator portal, business-learning tools, guided action plans, document workspace, support channels and related services (the “Services”). Read it with our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account and identity information: name, email address, account identifiers, login and session information, verification and security events, language and other preferences, and any contact number or profile image you provide. A convenience PIN may be configured within an authenticated account.
• Client and business information: customer records used to determine portal eligibility, onboarding answers, learning pathway, company and workspace information, location, industry, plans, curriculum progress, notes, questionnaires, calendar items, action steps, evidence, reflections, assignments and communications with the Gupta team.
• Submitted and generated content: uploaded business documents and images, saved guides, search terms, source material, AI-assisted results, feedback and support requests. Do not submit third-party personal information without appropriate authority, or put passwords, OTPs or payment card details in notes or guide prompts.
• Payments and usage: orders, invoices, payment status, refunds, IQ purchases and gifts, balance and usage records. Payment providers handle payment instruments; we receive transaction information needed for confirmation, reconciliation and support.
• Technical information: IP address, device and browser details, location you supply or an approximate location inferred from your network, essential cookies, security and diagnostic logs, and timestamps needed to operate the Services.

We obtain information from you, your organization or Gupta team, your use of the Services, and our identity, CRM and payment providers. A person supplying information about someone else must have the right to do so.

2. How we use information

We use this information to create and secure accounts; verify client eligibility; provide onboarding, learning, business tools, documents and support; personalize guides and action plans; save work and progress; process payments, gifts, invoices, refunds and IQ usage; prevent fraud and unauthorized access; troubleshoot and improve reliability; send service notices; meet accounting and legal obligations; and respond to requests. We do not sell client or document data. We will not use it for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis and notice.

Some research and guidance features send the question and relevant business context to AI service providers to generate a response. This may include personal or commercially sensitive information that you enter. Automated output can be inaccurate and should be checked independently. Please do not put passwords, OTPs or payment card numbers in those requests.

3. Who receives information

Authorized Gupta personnel and service providers access information as needed to deliver and secure the Services. Providers used for relevant features may include:

• Clerk for account creation, verification, authentication and sessions.
• Replit and its infrastructure providers for hosting, database and private document storage.
• Zoho services for client and CRM records, accounting, invoices and payment-related operations where enabled.
• Razorpay for supported checkouts and payment verification.
• Replit AI Integrations and Google Gemini for selected business questions and context used to generate guides, research and suggestions.

We may also share information with a provider needed for a feature you choose, professional advisers under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or authorities where the law requires it. If the business changes ownership, records may transfer subject to lawful protections and notice.

4. Security, storage and retention

We use authentication, access controls, private file permissions and other reasonable organizational and technical measures. No system is risk-free; protect your sign-in access and tell us about suspected misuse. Service providers may store or process information outside your state or country, subject to applicable law and safeguards.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and thereafter where needed for security, disputes, accounting, tax, audit and legal obligations. Different records have different retention periods. Closing an account may not immediately remove records that must be retained by law; we restrict and remove them when the applicable period ends.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies and related technologies help keep you signed in, secure the portal and remember necessary preferences such as language or theme. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, we will provide any notice or choice required by law. Blocking essential technologies may prevent secure features from working.

6. Your choices and requests

You can update eligible profile information in the portal. Email contact@gupta-enterprises.com to ask about access, correction, completion, deletion, withdrawal of consent where applicable, account closure or a privacy grievance. We verify identity before acting and may limit a request where law requires record retention or permits a restriction. We will help you obtain information in a practicable format where available. Withdrawing an optional permission may limit related features and does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

7. Children and guardians

The Services are intended for all age groups. A parent or lawful guardian must authorize and supervise use by a person under 18 and contact us so that any consent required by law can be arranged before that person's information is submitted. We do not knowingly target children with behavioral advertising. If you believe a child has supplied information without required consent, contact us for review.

8. Updates and contact

We may revise this Policy as our Services, providers or legal obligations change. We will display a new effective date and give additional notice or seek consent where required.
