Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Policy describes billing reviews and refunds for purchases made through the Gupta Enterprises portal. Read it with our Terms and Conditions. Mandatory rights under applicable Indian law are not limited by this Policy. A payment provider's operational steps do not remove your rights against us.

1. Gift IQ and successful usage

IQ gifted or awarded by a Gupta Enterprises administrator has no purchase price and cannot be exchanged for cash. A customer-created manual action or whole guided plan uses 2 IQ once on successful creation; browsing, previewing, completing, editing, reopening and admin-created assignments or suggestions do not incur that creation charge. A successful charge is not automatically refundable because an item is later deleted or archived. Other successfully delivered metered features may consume IQ at the displayed rate.

If creation or another metered operation fails after a charge, contact us so we can check the ledger and restore or refund IQ for the failed service. We will also investigate duplicate IQ debits and incorrect charges.

2. Failed, duplicate or unauthorized payments

If money was taken but paid access or IQ was not delivered, or you were charged twice for one transaction, contact us with the order reference. We will investigate the payment and fulfillment records and provide the missing entitlement or refund a verified excess or failed payment as appropriate. Report suspected unauthorized payments promptly to your bank or payment provider as well as to us. Statutory and provider dispute rights remain available. We will never ask for your password, full card number, CVV or one-time password to investigate.

3. How to request and receive a refund

Email contact@gupta-enterprises.com from your account address with your payment or order reference, purchase date, product and a short explanation. If you cannot access that address, contact us so we can verify your account another way. We will review the request, explain our decision and may request information reasonably needed to verify the payment and usage. Approved refunds will generally return to the original payment method where the provider permits it; otherwise we will agree another lawful method. We may remove the refunded IQ or digital entitlement after approval. Taxes, discounts and payment-provider convenience fees are handled according to the invoice, provider rules and applicable law.

For a bundle or recurring plan, offer-specific refund and cancellation terms must be displayed before payment and comply with applicable law. This Policy does not imply that any recurring plan is currently active.

4. Questions and updates

If you disagree with a decision, reply to contact@gupta-enterprises.com to request a review. This Policy does not waive consumer-law remedies. We may update it with notice, but a new policy will not retroactively reduce rights attached to a completed purchase.
